Yunanistan Pasif Gelir, Program\u0131 Detaylar\u0131 ve Tarih\u00e7esi<\/h3>

The Greek Financially Independent Person (FIP) Visa program was introduced as part of broader immigration reforms to attract wealthy individuals to reside in Greece. The program was launched in 2013 in conjunction with Greece's Golden Visa program and other residency initiatives with the aim of stimulating the economy. The FIP Visa is targeted at financially independent individuals.<\/p>

Pursuant to Article 20 [Part A] of Law 4251\/2014, third-country nationals may be granted a two-year residence permit by decision of the Secretary General of the Regional Administration, provided that sufficient financial resources are proven. This permit is provided with a stable income necessary to support the person's annual personal and family expenses. In addition, this residence permit may be accompanied by individual residence permits for family members accompanying the sponsor, which expire with the sponsor's residence permit.<\/p>

In order to obtain permanent residence, it is necessary to reside in Greece with a residence card for 7 years. After completing 7 years of permanent residence, individuals can apply for citizenship.
